Homeland Abason Limited is a premier real estate and construction company based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, that was established in 2015. We specialize in creating innovative residential and commercial spaces. Already we are constructing a multi-storied residential building in our plot, Bashundhara River View Project, South Keraniganj. Our goal is to deliver sustainable and modern housing solutions that enhance the quality of life for communities.

All praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), his family, and companions. As the Word of Allah says: "And Allah has made trade lawful and usury forbidden." (Surah Al-Baqara, 2:275).

Our beloved motherland, Bangladesh, is one of the most populous nations, rich with natural resources and potential. Dhaka, the capital, stands as the central hub for all activities, including education, healthcare, governance, justice, and livelihoods. As a result, the city’s population is growing rapidly, leading to the rise of unplanned settlements. Unfortunately, this often results in tragic accidents and increasing injuries.

To address this pressing issue, there is a need for well-planned housing developments in the peri-urban areas. It is with this vision that we introduce the Bashundhara Riverview Residential Project, where we are constructing multi-storied residential buildings equipped with all modern civic amenities.
